Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments) | This Resolution creates a task force to study and make further recommendations regarding implementing an independent entity to coordinate and provide statewide services for the deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind students as well as professional development opportunities. Further investigating these specific issues came as a recommendation from the DSD-Statewide Task Force, which was established by House Resolution No 20 of the 147th General Assembly.
